The hotel is superbly located in the heart of Cardiff opposite Cardiff International Arena and only minutes away from other major venues.

All 81 en suite bedrooms have great views, are modern and retro in design not to mention light and comfortable. A variety of rooms are available from suites to budget.

The hotel offers a bar and function room.

The hotel was described as 'super cheap but sexy-chic' by Elle magazine.

We do have free car parking on site, but space is extremely limited and is allocated on a first come first served basis.

While we do offer baby cots, we do not offer sheets and linen with it.

Went to see Jools Holland in CIA

Guest should be made aware how to use the taps in bathrooms, how do you get cold water to drink ?!?!!

It's location is excellent for the city centre

For the price we paid I expected a little more than a very basic, hideous pink room, facing the train tracks of Cardiffs central line. For the same standard but less than half the price we could have booked a Travelodge.I was expecting alot better.

Very conveniently situated for Cardiff City Centre and friendly, helpful staff at all times.

Disappointed with the mattress as have stayed numerous occasions but this needs to be addressed as it was a little uncomfortable. I suggest changing over to memory foam as and when replacements are required.

I had booked a standard room however we were given an executive suite at the same rate. Considering a continental breakfast is included we thought it was a very fair rate had it been the standard room which we had booked.

room and bathroom clean and bed comfortable.

Lack of parking. I was lucky this time and found a space but it would put me off booking again as i do not want to leave car in public car park overnight.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Big Sleep Hotel is ideal for a weekend break, very central and beautifully decorated and room was fabulous.

Good location

Bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the matress. How do you get cold water, as all taps are mixer thermostat, this means you never have the ability tio just turn the cold water on e.g. to drink? We had a sound like a pneumatic drill from 8am, and then someone hammering from 9am. Lastly, you then have to leave the rooms by 10.30, and pay for later, but already £68/night?

How close it was to the centre.

The hotel was very over priced for what it was. One on the lifts was not working so we had to carry our luggage from the room to the car. The room was dirty, the curtains had stains all over them and we had the person before us's toilet roll..not a new one. I had to clean the headboard of the bed myself when I got there coz there was stains all over it. I would not stay there again.
